FAQ
Yes. I'm based in Northern Ireland and work across Ireland and the UK most months, further out when a job calls for it. Travel and accommodation go on the invoice at cost.
Yes. £10m public liability and equipment cover at full replacement value. I also carry professional indemnity, which some agencies ask for and most don't. Drone work runs under a CAA A2 Certificate of Competency with its own liability policy. I'll send certificates over before the shoot and fill in your compliance form if you have one.
A first cut on a one day shoot is usually with you inside five working days. Longer jobs vary too much for a blanket answer, so the delivery date goes in the quote. Two rounds of changes are included. After that it's £65 an hour, and I'll estimate the hours before I touch it.
Happy either way. I slot into a team that's already running, or bring a sound recordist and a spark if you need the bodies. Tell me who you've got booked and I'll work out what's missing.
Project work is 50% on booking, balance on delivery. Day rate work I invoice after the shoot, 30 day terms. If you need to move a date, that's fine with more than a week's notice. Inside a week it's half the day rate, and inside 48 hours the full rate.
Dates, location and what you need at the end of it. I'll come back with a price, usually the same day.
